Poster Submission Guidelines

·     MSHP 2026 Spring Seminar

• MSHP Spring Seminar: Friday, April 24, 2026 at Sheraton Baltimore North in Towson, Maryland
  from 7:00am to 5:00pm
• Deadlines are as follows:
  • Abstract submission extended deadline: February 28, 2026 at 11:59pm
  • All results pertaining to “research-in-progress” finalized by April 1, 2026
  • Poster deadline: April 24, 2026 (day of seminar)

Posters

• Accepting research in the following categories: encore, original research, research-in-progress
• The primary author must be a MSHP member. For student submissions, the student does not need to be a MSHP member but must be accompanied by a co-author who is a MSHP member.
• If accepted, the primary author and/or co-authors MUST attend the Spring Seminar on April 24th (7:00am to 5:00pm). The presenter(s) should set up the poster at 7:30am and be available for questions from 10:00am to 10:45am.  
• The presenter(s) is/are responsible for the registration and payment of the Spring Seminar. Registration does not need to be completed until abstract has been accepted. 
• Presenters will be responsible for printing, transporting, hanging and taking down their own posters
• Poster display boards will be 4 feet high x 8 feet long (48” x96”), landscape format
• Maximum poster size should be 4 feet high x 8 feet wide (48” x96”), landscape format
• The following information should be included in the poster:
  
  • Title
  • Authors
  • Background
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Disclosure of financial interests
