Fall Seminar OverviewThe 2026 Fall Seminar is set to take place on Friday, October 16 from 7:00 AM-4:30 PM. Join over 100 pharmacists from all over Maryland for our largest meeting of the year. Vendor hours will take place during breakfast, lunch and two breaks. This meeting can accommodate up to 24 exhibitors. There is no Reverse Expo in the fall, stay tuned for our Spring Seminar announcement in October if you wish to participate in that session. MSHP's mission statement is to "Lead the health-system pharmacy community in improving patient outcomes by promoting optimal medication use, professional development and public health in health-systems." Registration & Event PoliciesRegistration for this event must be complete online via this website. Internal company approval is required prior to registration. If you register your company and do not receive approval, MSHP reserves the right to suspend your participation in future events. Payment in full is required for future participation. Table sharing and badge sharing is not allowed. All participants must be registered and have their own badge. Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy Exhibitor cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to mshprx@gmail.com and received no later than six weeks prior to the start date of the conference (September 4, 2026. All refund requests will be assess a $500 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than six weeks prior to the conference no refund will be given. Photo and Video Release Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MSHP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by MSHP and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited. FDA Regulations Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations including, without limitation, FDA restrictions on the promotion of investigational and preapproved drug and devices and the FDA prohibition on promoting approved drugs and devices for unapproved uses. Any product not FDA approved for a particular use or not commercially available in the USA may be exhibited only if accompanied by easily visible signage indicating the status of the product. Exhibitors shall have available at the booth a letter from the FDA that describes the allowable use of any drug or device exhibited.
MSHP reserves the right to refuse exhibit space if the vendor’s product, service, or display/booth is not consistent with the character of the event.
