Overview

The MSHP Spring Reverse Expo & Seminar will take place on Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24, 2026 at the Sheraton Baltimore North hotel! Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Students, and Industry Representatives are invited to attend one or both days. The Pharmacy Leaders Group will meet during the Spring Seminar.

Registration should be completed online via this registration site. Each organization may register (1) representative for the Reverse Expo and (2) representatives for the Spring Seminar. Add-on sponsorships include event signage and acknowledgement in attendee communications. 

Reverse Expo - April 23, 2026

MSHP is hosting a Reverse Expo before the 2026 Spring Seminar to bring together Directors of Pharmacy and industry representatives. This exclusive in-person event will be limited to 18 companies and will allow for networking directly with health-system Directors and Managers from institutions across Maryland. 

The Reverse Expo ticket includes one representative per registration. If multiple representatives from your company wish to participate, they must register individually for the expo. In order to guarantee that the representative has the undivided attention from the director, only one representative will sit with each director during any given chair rotation. Therefore, no badge sharing/table sharing is allowed at the Reverse Expo. Participating representatives will receive the list of Directors at least three days in advance of the meeting. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

Spring Seminar Exhibiting

On Friday, April 24, 2026 this in-person full day educational program will draw over 100 attendees from all over the state. This timely and relevant program includes both clinical and non-clinical topics, alongside plenty of time for networking. Exhibit hours take place during breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon breaks. Parking is complimentary and all meals plus Happy Hour are included in your Seminar registration.

Foyer tables are located outside the ballroom, in the networking and meals space. Ballroom tables are located inside the first Salon.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be received in writing to mshprx@gmail.com no later than April 10, 2026, regardless of when your registration is processed. A $50 processing fee will apply. 

Internal Company Approval

Please note that registration represents a binding agreement with MSHP. By submitting a registration, you agree to complete the full payment amount. Please review the cancellation policy prior to completing a registration. Failure to secure internal approval prior to submitting a registration still makes your company subject to payment of either the cancellation fee or the full exhibit amount (if you notify MSHP after the cancellation date has passed). Please secure your internal company approval prior to submitting a registration. 

Payment

You may pay by credit card online via our secure payments system, or you may select the check option. Check payments can be mailed to: Maryland Society of Health System Pharmacy, 2 Bridgeview Circle, Suite 8, Tyngsborough, MA 01879. Make checks payable to Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacy. Email us if you would like to pay via ACH. Your registration represents a binding agreement with MSHP and your company is responsible for payment once a registration is submitted.
