Entrance into SMC campus center directly from Pratt St garage will be locked. Attendees must use the main entrance to get into the SMC campus center. Pratt St. or Penn St. garages are closest to the main entrance.

Successful Completion of each activity requires preregistration, participation in the entire activity, submission of an attendance record, and completion of an online activity evaluation.

The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity is j
ointly sponsored by the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy and the Maryland Society of Health System Pharmacy. Statements of credit will be uploaded to participants’ CPE Monitor profile within 30 days of successful completion on the activity. Documentation of continuing education credit will be posted to participants’ CPE Monitor account within 60 days of the activity to those who successfully complete the activity. Successful completion of this activity requires participants to attend the live presentation, participation in the entire activity, and the completion of an online activity evaluation form.
