Residency Program Information 

Thank you for your interest in the MSHP Residency Showcase! The cost of the ticket includes one six-foot table and four program representatives for the Residency Showcase.  

Please note that this registration page is just for a Residency Showcase table. If you wish to attend the Fall Seminar educational programming earlier in the day, please complete an individual attendee registration here. We have discounted resident pricing available and encourage you and your residents to attend! Students attending should also register via the individual registration. Both the Seminar and the Showcase are free for students.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to mshprx@gmail.com by September 12, 2025. Residency Program cancellations received before September 12 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee, cancellations received after the deadline will not receive a refund. 

Photo/Video Release 

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MSHP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by MSHP and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
