Bio: Dr. Diana Ardeljan received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Toronto and completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia Maryland and subsequently completed a PGY2 in Pain and Palliative Care residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is currently the Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacy Specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center with the Palliative Medicine team. She has a special interest in patient education and safe and effective pain management.
