Parking

Parking: 646 W. Pratt St. - Pratt St Garage Attendees will receive a parking voucher at the program for free parking - only valid at the Pratt St Garage.

Please park at the Pratt St Garage at 646 W. Pratt St, Baltimore, MD. Take a ticket when you enter the garage and bring that to the program. At the registration desk, we will hand out a printed voucher. You should use this voucher to exit the garage and will not be charged when you exit. The vouchers are only valid at the Pratt St Garage, so please ensure that is where you park for the program.

The program is taking place at the SMC Campus Center on the University of Maryland Baltimore campus. Walking directions from the garage to the campus center are here (google maps link).

Photo and Video Release

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MSHP meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by MSHP and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.

Completion

Successful Completion of each activity requires preregistration, participation in the entire activity, submission of an attendance record, and completion of an online activity evaluation.

Provider Statement

The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This activity is jointly sponsored by the Maryland Society of Health System Pharmacy. Statements of credit will be uploaded to participants’ CPE Monitor profile within 30 days of successful completion on the activity. A National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) e-profile ID will be required for processing CPE credit. For more instructions on acquiring an NABP e -profile ID, please visit: http://www.MyCPEmonitor.net.

Documentation of continuing education credit will be posted to participants’ CPE Monitor account within 60 days of the activity to those who successfully complete the activity. Successful completion of this activity requires participants to attend the live presentation, participation in the entire activity, and the completion of an online activity evaluation form.
