MISSION: The Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacists consists of practitioners of health system pharmacy, technicians, students, and other MSHP members. MSHP enables the health-system pharmacy community to improve patient outcomes by supporting education, research, advocacy, development, and integration of pharmacy practitioners as integral members of the health care team.

VISION: To be recognized as the leading organization in Maryland promoting excellence, accountability and leadership through education, research and the practice of pharmacy to improve patient outcomes.
